Primacoustic Freeport Free Standing Acoustic Panel

A flexible acoustical absorber that features a 24" x 48" panel section made with 3" thick Primafoam high-density open-cell acoustical foam for maximum absorption in the critical mid and upper bands. As with all Primacoustic panels, Primafoam is embedded with a fire retardant to meet the California 117 code, making the Freeport safe for use anywhere.
At just under 6' tall, Freeport is the perfect height to fit behind speakers, around a mix position, or as a gobo to reduce splash from instruments when recording. For voice-overs, 2 Freeports create a quiet reflection-free zone that really works! This flexibility makes Freeport a must-have for any studio.
Unlike other portable systems that use wobbly mic stands as their base, Freeport features an unbreakable integral frame and sturdy base made from rugged PVC that's easy to assemble and sets up in minutes. The internal frame may be permanently glued together or assembled on the spot, then disassembled for storage in its box.
The internal frame extends the length and width of the panel to ensure it will not droop over time. The versatile offset T-base can be set up in various configurations for uses such as under a desk, grouped in a semi-circle, or even flat against the wall.

Auralex SheetBlok Sound Barrier
Auralex SheetBlok Sound Barrier
Incredibly versatile sound blocking material.
SheetBlok is a dense, limp-mass vinyl material that is about 6dB more effective than a sheet of solid lead at stopping the transmission of sound. It acts as a thin, dense sound barrier layer in walls, ceilings, or floors and it's most effective when used as one component of a multi-layered construction scheme. SheetBlok helps in decoupling floors and walls and, while it's not normally considered a finishing product per se, it can in some cases be your last layer if you make sure to carefully install it and use it in conjunction with trim strips over its seams. SheetBlok can also be used to wrap HVAC ducting, as a vent noise blocker, as a pipe noise insulator, or under carpet/carpet pad. It holds up against harsh environments and cuts easily with a utility knife or scissors. Famous studio designers buy SheetBlok repeatedly and we get glowing reports on its performance all the time. It can't be beaten!
